The briefWhat they needed

Timber & Forge Creations builds custom tables, shelves and signs from reclaimed wood, steel and epoxy resin. Every piece is one of a kind.

The site needed to carry the story behind the work, set honest expectations about time and cost, and turn that interest into qualified quote requests instead of price-shopping messages.

The buildWhat I built

  • Story-led homepage built around the shop's philosophy
  • Recent work gallery that links to Instagram
  • Four-step process: discovery, design, build, delivery
  • Lead time and deposit stated right in the hero
  • Client testimonials
  • FAQ for timing, requirements and delivery
  • Quote request form with a 1–2 business day reply promise

DetailsWorth noticing

Expectations up front

"15–30 days, 50% deposit" sits right under the first button. People who reach out already know how this works.

Story first

The "perfectly imperfect" philosophy carries the page, which is what sets a hand-built table apart from a catalog one.

Instagram stays the gallery

New pieces go up on Instagram already. The site points there, so the portfolio never goes stale.
