The briefWhat they needed
NextGen Tutoring is my own company. Most tutoring guesses at the problem. NextGen maps every math skill to the skills beneath it, so a 7th grader stuck on ratios gets traced back to the fraction gap that's actually causing it.
The site had to make that idea obvious in seconds to a parent who has never heard of it, then run the business behind it: bookings, payments, homework and progress reports.
